The modular approach and space-efficient design allow Nutri-Loc to transport Hi-cube container-sized drying units by truck to numerous sources where the raw material is located. This prevents water laden product (90% water in
fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables) from being shipped to a central factory at significant costs and allows Nutri-Loc to create alliances with primary processors with equipment placed at their sites.
