The ability to process raw material using the Nutri-Loc^® "at source" system will:

• Significantly reduce green house gases by limiting fossil fuel needed to transport raw materials

• Significantly reduce the amount of potentially useful raw material wasted in land fills

• Significantly reduce the steel and infrastructure costs of equipment required to stabilize (dry) food products due to Nutri-Loc's space and resource-efficient design

• Create new opportunities to dry raw product that are not currently economically feasible due to transportation costs to access central drying facilities

• Reduce overall power consumption as the Nutri-Loc^® process is 70% more efficient than comparable freeze drying processes

• Avoid the propagation of volatile chemicals required in the Freeze Drying process
