Dr. Tom Gordon - CEO
Dr. Gordon along with his wife Barbara, also a dentist, operated a successful dental practice in Kelowna for 20 years. Dr. Gordon has also been involved in manufacturing operations for the past 20 years. Dr. Gordon founded Nutri-Loc in 1998 and has since worked full time on the building of the Company.

Andrew Small, CA - President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Small has been active in the Management of multiple early stage Companies. Involvement in several capacities in the food and service industry for the past 15 years have provided operational and management experience necessary to control our growth organization.

Dr. Carter D. Clary
Dr. Clary is a dried foods expert with a Ph.D. in Agricultural Technology and Biological Systems Management. For many years, Dr. Clary played a key research role at the Viticulture and Enology Research Center at California State University in Fresno, California. His expertise has culminated in numerous patents, successful technology; he is a well-respected researcher in his field.

Mr. Jack Seguin
Mr. Seguin is currently the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the English Bay Group of Companies, a successful organization primarily devoted to the manufacture, distribution and sale of industrial baking products which include gourmet cookies, muffins and breads. English Bay continues to pick up market share in the competitive U.S. marketplace.

Mr. John Frostad
Mr. Frostad is the President and CEO of Nalley's Canada Limited. Previous positions included marketing positions with Unilever Canada; General Manager, Vancouver Fancy Meats (Unilever Canada); President & COO, Nalley's Canada Limited; Vice President, International Division, Curtice Burns. In 1995 John became owner of Nalley's via a management buy-out. Mr. Frostad is currently the Western Regional Chair of the Food and Consumer Products Manufacturers of Canada and was Past President of the Canadian Snack Food Association.

Mr. Barry Johnson
Mr. Johnson holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Calgary (1972) and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario (1975). In 1978 Mr. Johnson co-founded a development company, now called Canadian Adult Communities which since 1980 has developed eleven gated communities in the Okanagan Valley comprising over 1500 homes. Mr. Johnson sits on the board of a publicly traded TSE listed company and is a past member of the Young Presidents Organization.

Mr. John Nicola
Mr. Nicola has been in the financial services industry since 1974 and currently operates the Nicola Financial Group in Vancouver, a firm that focuses on financial and estate planning for business owners and professionals.

Mr. Nick Hutchinson - Director
Mr. Hutchinson is an owner in an organic certified farm operation in Armstrong. He has been managing the production of organic herbs for the past five years and is growing a number of crops including Echinacea, Astragalus and St. John’s Wort. He is President of the B.C. Herbs Growers Association and a Past President of the North Okanagan Certified Organic Association. Mr. Hutchison is a talented actor and is involved in the Caravan Theatre troupe.

Mr. R. Allen Smith – Co-Founder Mr. Allen Smith is currently owner and founder of Panax Q Farm Ltd. (“Panax”). Panax is involved in research, growing, washing, drying, storage and sales of various herbal products.
