Nutri-Loc Ingredients Corporation has developed and controls a proprietary food dehydration process which replaces freeze dried technology, an energy and capital intensive process that has been the gold standard in food drying since the 2nd World War.
Our technology is capable of economically removing water from fruit, vegetable and biomass while providing a substantially higher nutritional value, color and flavor than traditional drying systems.
Nutri-Loc Ingredients Corporation has developed a clean energy solution that turns food waste into healthy food products. Every day, tons of valuable nutrient-rich culls, skins and pulp from fruits and vegetables - referred to as biomass - are discarded by major food processors throughout the world, also causing environmental damage.
The Nutriloc low thermal and microwave technology allows us to capture and retain vitamins, minerals, flavor, color and anti oxidants which traditional freeze drying is not able to accomplish.
